Lead Group Policy & Course Maintenance Procedures
To ensure the safety of our grounds crew, maintain optimal course conditions, and enhance the overall experience for all golfers, we are implementing a new Lead Group Policy for morning tee times on both the front and back nines.
Lead Group Requirements:
To ensure the safety of our grounds crew, maintain optimal course conditions, and enhance the overall experience for all golfers, we are implementing a new Lead Group Policy for morning tee times on both the front and back nines.
Lead Group Requirements:
- Group Size: The lead group of the day must consist of a threesome or foursome.
- Tee Time Adjustment:
- If the initial tee time is not a threesome or foursome, that group will be asked to yield to the following group, provided that group meets the size requirement.
- If the subsequent group is a single or twosome, the first two tee times will be combined to form the lead group.
- No Passing: Singles or twosomes are not permitted to play through the lead group.
- Alternative Arrangements: If the first three tee times do not produce a threesome or foursome, please maintain a reasonable pace of play and allow the grounds crew right-of-way.
- Group Integrity: If you are paired with other golfers, please remain together as a group throughout your round.
- 18 Holes: 3 hours 45 minutes to 4 hours.
- 9 Holes: 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours.
- If you encounter the grounds crew working on a hole, please allow them to complete their task and safely move before proceeding with your shot.
